I don't want to admit that I'm turning into my mother, but I have to believe that this is truly one of those situations. Regardless, congrats on finding a job! :)Irish Creamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17548744329403082452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4605861368098862024.post-53740443522572875422009-10-16T11:40:26.913-05:002009-10-16T11:40:26.913-05:00Like I said, this is GREAT!! Wait, that would imply that your house is burning down... Hmm, now that I think about it that is a HORRIBLE saying..... :)

I've always said that it is much easier to get a job when you actually have one. I wouldn't be too ...Great job on finding a job! I wouldn't be too disappointed in the corporate, less-creative gig that you landed. About two years ago I left a very creative ad agency and found a job as a graphic designer in the corporate environment. Like you, I wasn't exactly thrilled because it seemed like a bunch of day-to-day stuff that lacked creativity. Well, two year later, I was right, the job doesn't require a creative genius, but surprisingly, I am very happy with my job. The day-to-day, not-so-creative job has allowed me to focus my life on health and fitness and family. You'll find other ways to express your creativity, even if you aren't making money at it. I started doing HDR photography and a little freelance on the side. Good luck.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05766102723015909919noreply@blogger.com
